Integrating Form and Content within Classroom Discussion of Literature: A Discernible Advantage in Language Learning

چکیده

As both form-focused (FFI) and content-based (CBI) instructions have advantages disadvantages in language teaching, the integration of FFI CBI into literature-based classrooms provides an ideal context to attend form meaning some strongest rationales for acquisition as one approach will be compensated by other. When are integrated conjunction with approach, learners easily perceive patterns meaningful context, foster content learning initiate production discourse. Simply put, advancement grammatical accuracy unveils improvements proficiency. The present study aimed create a favorable condition through employing incorporated program. Quasi-experimental was adopted participants were 60 students majoring English Language Teaching at university. It found that this integrative pedagogy can used springboard proficiency development because advantage maximize their grammar vocabulary knowledge.
